Total lies in their marketing. Bait and Switch. They say you will get the Rx for the monthly fee but they don't provide the Rx. You have to use your insurance to pay for the Rx or out of pocket. Liars. $888 a year for nothing at all. Not anything but a scam.

Smooth process overall

This company Life+me did not tell me until after I paid a subscription fee and after I had spoke with Samantha she went through all my meds and other Conditions I have then decided I don't qualify for the program. Waste of time and money. The customer service was not helpful. Everything should of been stated before they took my money. Disappointed in this company. I will never refer this company to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never got my mediation after $400 in fees, couldn’t get a response for anyone for weeks, and then my account was “cancelled” at my request which totally deleted my chat in the app. Calling was no use and got the same run around with no solution, no response to email and no response from the medial team. This is a huge scam. Save your money.

I signed up on 9/24/2026 but never received any communication from LifeMD until yesterday. In the meantime I made the decision to cancel the plan and requested a full refund which they provided.

The advertisement implies a affordable point of entry, but the fine print hides the reality. The $39 fee is strictly a one-time promotional rate for the first month only. After 30 days, you are automatically locked into a recurring subscription that jumps significantly to standard rates—either $149 per month or billed upfront as $297 every three months. Worse yet, the $39 fee only covers the bare telehealth membership and provider access. It does NOT include the actual cost of the GLP-1 medication (like Wegovy), which you must pay for entirely out-of-pocket or hope your insurance covers. LifeMD uses a predatory bait-and-switch pricing model that exploits people looking for accessible healthcare. Avoid this program unless you are prepared to pay hundreds of dollars more than the advertised price.

Horrible customer service. They charged me for meds I am allergic to but they said well we can’t take meds back even though I called them and said I can’t tolerate these. Steer clear from this company they just stole 200$ from me for nothing 🫪

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with LifeMD. I was charged $888 for a supposed one-year medical advisory service that I never knowingly requested or authorized. I have never had a medical appointment or received any ongoing medical advice or service that would justify this charge. When I first questioned the $888 charge, a representative gave me a different explanation and told me the payment was related to my medication and covered a year. Now I am being told that the $888 is only for a separate advisory service and that medication must be paid for separately. I have repeatedly asked them to provide a formal explanation and documentation showing what I supposedly authorized and what exactly the $888 covers. They refuse to provide it in writing, will not transfer me to a supervisor, and simply say the refund is denied. If LifeMD cannot show what service I authorized or provide documentation supporting this charge, why am I being charged $888? I am requesting a full refund and transparency regarding this charge.
