My experience was wonderful
My experience was wonderful. It was easy to navigate and the person that I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. I just lost my insurance and they helped me to find a way to get my medication without the hassle.

Great first impression, comforting intro
4/16 UPDATE: I haven’t heard back from Katherine even though she told me she’d help me through my process- so that was a lie. They charged me more than they told me they would. So far a month and a half in, all they’ve done is send in a PA (for the wrong prescription/strength by the way) and they take days to get back to you in the portal. Changing my rating to reflect the unfortunate experience with these folks. 3/12 Katherine made the intro process very easy and answered all of my questions thoroughly. (and I had a lot of questions) I feel as though I understand this process completely and know exactly what to expect for my care plan and financial responsibility options.

IT TAKES SIX MONTHS BEFORE THEY GIVE YOU THE FULL DOSE OF SEMAGLUTIDE
They are a scam. It will take six months before they give you the full dose of semaglutide. Even if you have been on it before. If you have gone more than two weeks without a shot then you have to start the whole six month process again. They say it's "FOR YOUR SAFETY". What a joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You will have to pay the full price even though you get 1/10 the dose. What a bunch of scammers.

Dr Asunta is AMAZING
From my experience with Dr Asunta over the past few months, I have seen that she cares so much about her patients, like actually cares. Even though our visits are via video, it has never felt like there was a barrier or disconnect between us. Some doctors hear, Dr Asunta actually listens. She is so encouraging and is always real with me. She has a great ability to explain things in ways patients can understand. Highly highly recommend her!!
