Today I spoke with Jason and I could not have asked for a better representative. I was nearly in tears over the nightmare of my insurance and pharmacy and he was kind, helpful, resolved my issue, and compassionate on top of that! My issue was solved so fast and thoroughly I was truly amazed. Cannot recommend lifeMD or Jason enough!!!

Horrible customer service (if you can even call it that). Been having issues for almost a month their portal and website- both flash “urgent” messages in red “regarding your account” for one sec (that can’t be read or retrieved again). I’ve called their 800# and was rudely told I’m making it up and I contacted the company via messaging and only received scripted messages as responses- each promising a ticket would be open with IT, yet when I follow up, no ticket was opened. They have no problem taking my money and providing no service. Their medical services are mediocre but their customer service is a top 3 worst along with Verizon and Amazon!
