Kenny is the man!

Long Wait Time to Get Appointment
I have to agree with the negative reviews I have read regarding the long wait time to schedule the (mandatory) virtual visit for a simple prescription refill. I did not experience this issue in the first several months, but now I cannot get an appointment for nearly two weeks (after a previously scheduled appointment was cancelled a couple of hours before). I was given the "we understand your frustration" response and "please contact customer service." Given what I consider to be a high subscription price, I expect better service.
