I called and spoke with Gabriel and he was professional, friendly, and took his time to understand my situation. Because of this call I will only have great things to say about Life MD. They are lucky to have him and he should receive a raise.

Going above and beyond
Someone from my office fraudulently opened an account with this organization in my former name and had the gall to use one of my credit cards to do it. Keasia guided me through how to figure this all out by asking questions and offering sound advice. We got to the bottom of the issue and she was able to deactivate the account and issue a refund. She was incredibly professional, helpful and understanding. Keasia is an asset to this company.

Great Service with a Personal Touch!
I called in and talked with Katherine. She was extremely knowledgeable about the medications and very supportive! She is the reason that I signed up with LifeMD.

Was great until it wasn't
I was/am on the weight management plan for close to 6 months with no problems. Then for two consecutive months I waited for my renewals to get placed by the care team the first time was 3 weeks past my renewal date, then a second month in a row with now 3 weeks and counting without a renewal. I keep getting "apologies for the delay," but no resolve whatsoever. I have since gained weight back and will not be renewing my membership moving forward.
