Katherine was the best delightful informative person I could’ve asked for. She was knowledgeable and helped me sign up without any problems at all. She walked me through the process and was completely upfront with all the information. It was truly a beautiful experience. Katherine was the best part of my day and gave me a sense of trust in your company and this program. I could not have asked for a better experience! I was filled with trepidation to get started, and now I am filled with joy and excitement instead. I cannot thank her enough.

Had a little bump in the road with scheduling a visit with doctor to continue my subscription but customer care got me scheduled and the doctor met with me and got everything straighten out.

Jason was very understanding and patient. He took the time to make sure, I understood process and gave me a resolution for my issue promptly.

Jason was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was worried about a surprise cost popping up, but he put me at ease right away by explaining how pharmacy pick up works. With his help I was able to find a much sooner appointment tomorrow instead of waiting until the 16th. Definitely 5 stars out of 5. I would love him to answer the next time I call.
