Very attentive, genuine, and patient. Appreciate the patience most especially. I was receiving multiple calls and had to switch between calls and few times. She stuck with me, explained everything and still displayed a caring attitude. I appreciated that.

This has been a great experience from beginning to end with caring and friendly team members and customer service, especially Jason B MSR today. I really appreciate the kind words and ease of the exit process. I read all the literature, tips and helpful suggestions that I was given at the beginning and have achieved my goal 6 months ahead of schedule. Jason was the rep for LifeMD. He explained all my options clearly so I could make the best option for me. He took care of my billing issue quickly. It's very very nice to have a person who speaks clearly and with the knowledge needed to assist. The definition of "customer service" might say i.e. Jason. Haha. Give that man a $raise$.
