Disappointed…
Company charged me full price after canceling my membership. I was told that it was for my monthly service fee in spite of not having any new prescription.

Bad customer service
I have tried to get a refill on my meds since 30 days after my purchase. They have no issue with pulling my money out for the subscription every month, but when it comes to actually sending me my refill I cant get ahold of anyone.

Best Online Choice for GLP-1 Meds
I recently started with LifeMD after my previous provider stopped offering pharmaceutical brand GLP-1 meds. I was notified 1 week before my prescription was to renew. I was forced to find another provider and researched several online options. LifeMD reached out to me after an online inquiry when no one else did. My initial interaction with the sales person was perfect. She listened to my situation and immediately got me scheduled with a Dr. Within 10 days, I was back on my meds. They are always available and the online portal provides a lot of information. I would recommend them if you are considering an online solution.
