It’s an easy process. Clear directions and easy use syringes make giving myself injections a breeze. Visiting with the PA’s is a great bonus. So far I’m down 45 pounds since October 2024. It’s a great way to tame my food noise! I don’t wake up thinking about what I will eat during the day.

When I first started with LifeMD, I was very pleased with how well the program worked and the level of support I received. However, more recently I’ve experienced serious communication issues and significant delays in getting my prescription refills. This has been frustrating and concerning, especially since consistent access to medication is so important. If they could improve their responsiveness and streamline the refill process, the service would be much more reliable.
Response from LifeMDSep 26, 2025
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear about the recent communication and refill delays. We recognize the importance of reliable access to medication and are looking into how we can improve our responsiveness and streamline the refill process. LifeMD

The app is garbage and makes the process more complicated than it needs to be. My experience with actual people has been fine/pleasant. The cost for weight loss management is comparable to others offering similar services. Considering this is "telehealth", and the care is provided exclusively through the app you would think it would be a priority that the app would be functional.
Response from LifeMDSep 25, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the app experience was not satisfactory. We're happy to know that you found our team pleasant and our costs comparable. We'll work on improving the app's functionality. LifeMD
