LifeMD’s “Pause” Won’t Save You from Being Charged
I can’t believe how aggressively LifeMD tried to double‑charge me after I explicitly paused my account. I followed their hold process before the billing date, yet they attempted an “oops, too bad” overcharge anyway — at which point I had to cancel entirely. That’s not a “pause,” it’s a trap. From my experience, LifeMD’s cancellation and billing system is almost purposefully confusing and designed to let them take your money even when you think you’ve opted out. Their fine print hides the fact that “pausing” doesn’t always prevent charges; their support is slow or nonresponsive when you demand it. It’s a shady, toothless practice that has left many others voicing similar frustrations.
