I ran out of medication, tried to call for refill. No one called me back. I was charged by for the teledoc visit, of course.

The overall cost is out of control imparted to where this journey started. As a result, I am ending it immediately.

Honestly, I only signed up with LifeMD to have access to ZepBound at the best price. I already have full health coverage but my HMO for some insane reason only offers the drug at like triple the price. (How is that preventative medicine?) So my expectations of LifeMD were low. Just give me the Rx and that's all I need from you. What I received from LifeMD was so much more that a pass through to the lowest price on ZepBound. Every NP and customer service person I encountered was Uber friendly, knowledgeable and knew me and my case. They were encouraging and cheered me on through a miracle weight loss journey of over 40 lbs. in a bit over 4 months - a feat I never imagined possible. And as for the drug, it is like some voodoo sh**. It truly is a miracle formula that, if made available to all who need it, would probably drop healthcare costs from obesity-related health issues by well over half. I could not be happier with LifeMD and how this all worked out.

These guy's are amazing! I have lost over 30 pounds so far. They have worked with me hand and hand through this entire process making it so easy to do. They really care about you, and if you even have issues with your financial responsibility part of the program, they will work with you. I would recommend them to any person that struggles with weight loss. I have been plus size my entire life. The medication they prescribed me has worked miracles with my appetite and cravings. If you want to change your lifestyle and get healthier, these are your people!!!

Great support and the providers give you the answers you need during your weight loss journey. I recently had some issues with my medication and I informed my provider, Ashton Curry. She was very helpful in getting a different med and also suggested some other med to help with any issues that I might encounter with the new meds. As others have mentioned, the app could use some work. But the answers and the fact that they use HSA for payments, far outweigh that issue.
