I would rate LifeMD five stars if it weren't for the fact that I'm paying $149 a month and hardly ever interact with them. On the bright side, they are really quick to respond to my questions and get my prescriptions sorted out quicklyIt seems like they are available, but they can take a while to respond at times. When my prescription needs approval from the pharmacy, it becomes quite challenging for them to reach the doctor. I often find myself leaving a note on the LifeMD site to facilitate communication.

I appreciate the ability to see a healthcare professional fairly quickly. However, when it comes to your partner pharmacy, the speed at which they move is so slow that it is frustrating. It’s almost time to put in for a renewal and the first prescription has not even been sent. If this is your pharmacy, improve its customer service, if it’s a partner, look at partnering up with another company.

Wow! Wow and wow! Like I said to Channel I was ready to fight. But Her kindness and informative nature lead me on the right path. She was so friendly and gave me options. Her customer service skills are outstanding I will be doing business with LIFE MD because of Chantelle and her amazing demeanor!

Service is fast, but website need to be clearer on changing the frequency of refills. Because you are so quick with processing that if there are problems the error is not caught soon enough. Phylis in customer service is wonderful she was so kind and fixed my problems with refills. She took care of my order while I was on the phone.

LifeMD was able to lose the weight I couldn't for nearly 30 years. They don't hassle, require regular meetings or call often. They give you the freedom to live your life, lose weight and are there anytime you need them. They respond quickly to any questions and are available by phone anytime. You have the opportunity to lose the weight in your time without restrictive timelines. I've successfully been able to fit clothes in my closet (sitting for 30 years, really) and I can now fit my wedding ring which sat in the jewelry box for nearly 30 years (which my husband thought his fat wife was fooling around all this time).
