I have nothing bad to say about this company. Great doctors and customer service.

This platform offers a 3-month "program" for $335. It appears in the ad as though this is for the meds, but Medication IS NOT included; you are billed an additional $255 for a one-month supply of meds. When I tried to get an answer as to what the "program" includes, no one could tell me. There is NO visit with a provider -only an online questionnaire. There is NO nutritional advice or guidance. You get NOTHING with your "program", and they charge you more than other online companies for the meds. I've filed a complaint with BBB as well. This is a SCAM!!

I place an order on 12/17/25 and immediately requested to cancel and refund on 12/18 after seeing their terrible BBB reviews. After filing a BBB complaint I have been completely ignored. It is now 12/31 and I have not received a refund and nothing was ever shipped. This company is a SCAM do not do business with them! On 1/8/26 the response was they would look into it. Days layer I have not heard from LifeMD.

Buyer beware! Do not order from this company! First of all, they do not respond to emails. Second, when I received a prescription that did not match what I requested, and tried to return it unopened, I was told they do not refund for a 1st time prescription! This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of buying from. Never again!
