I appreciate that when my mother's Lifefone was activated on a couple of occasions, the response time was excellent. The customer service has been helpful too, and although these situations weren't life threatening, its helpful to know that this product works well. I feel like its definitely worth having and should anything else happen in the future, I know we are in good hands with this product/company.

My mother fell and hit her head on the ground, she had passed out and was bleeding. Because of her fall detection they knew she fell and when she didn't respond to them they immediately called an ambulance then me.. She could have laid out back, bleeding for hours.... It probably saved her life. The nurses at the hospital said everyone should have one..... I totally agree!!
