Great folks to work with.

Fortunately I haven't had an emergency where I needed help, but there have been some alarms triggered when the pendant thought I may have fallen. The system works quickly and the operators have been very thorough and patient while making sure that I am OK.

I have had a good experience with LifeFone. Mom is 89 and lives alone. LifeFone gives me peace of mind.

IT IS ANSWERED QUICKLY, BUT WE WISH IT WORKED OTHER THAN IN THE HOUSE OR A FEW FEET AWAY; AND WHEN AWAY FROM HOME WE COULD SPEAK INTO IT THIS WOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT.

They are very professional. When I've asked for a follow up call because I was 4 hrs away, they did so. I have recommended Life Fone to all my friends

I have used the response button several times & it is great having piece of mind knowing someone will be there if you need them. I would have given 5 stars, but the fall detection didn't go off last month and I laid on the floor for several hours before one of my kids came by since I wasn't answering the phone. I would still recommend it to others.

Fantastic!!! LifeFone was there immediately! Mom must have moved suddenly and there they were making sure she was alright. I was notified and thank goodness all was fine. Great Job. You made us feel secure.Thank You.

Even thuo we had moved and they didn't put the info I faxed to them on our account they still got someone to the new address.
