Appalling Customer Service! I purchased 2 Pet GPS devices from these. I have had issues with setting the second one up. The issue is with the app, not the device yet they insisted on sending another one out which...... You've guessed it..... Issues! Their customer service agents don't listen to a word you say, Annie particularly was as useful as a chocolate fire guard. After a month of going backwards and forwards with this lot, they're now not willing to refund as 30 days has passed. Gold membership has now been cancelled and a chargeback through my bank with proof of all correspondence sent and actioned. Don't touch these, they're truly abysmal

This app got so much worse after the latest update.

I have used life360 for 2 months now there were no major issues but, it saying my sons phone were in another place than it actually was. (i had his phone at that time) if we skip forward to 2 weeks ago i became a silver member for 6 dollars per month but after 2 weeks it changed up to 9,99 dollars i dont know why i tried to write a mail to them but they did not answer TERIBLE i can not recommend

We upgraded to the premium service. Honest to God, very early the next morning, my teenage son was involved in a terrible accident that left his car sitting literally upside down on the train tracks. Life360 immediately tried to contact him. He didn't answer his phone. They them called the country sheriff and have them the GPS coordinates of his vehicle. My son remembers climbing it is his car and seeing the train light go from green to red. Less than 10 minutes after they cleared his car off of the tracks, a train was then coming down the tracks. I hate to think of what might have happened if the sheriff's office hasn't of been notified and the trains shut down

If the free tracking was giving me an accurate tracing I'd have signed up but nahh...this is very inaccurate app. I can imagine how I'd be frustrated if I ever sign up with this app. Don't do it.

After being introduced to Life360 I downloaded it on my phone and my Mama's phone. Last year she passed away while driving down the road. She went air born and clipped the top of small trees that was deep in a ditch and into the woods. Life 360 notified me and also E911 of her exact location within minutes of the accident. Had it not been been for Life360 it would have been hours or days before she would have been found. I give a high enough review on Life360. We now have it on all of our phones. Thank you Life360.

It isn't what it pretends to be. All it does is send out a ding when you're looking for it within Bluetooth range of your phone. Once you're separated by maybe 50 metres of distance, nothing. What use is that if you're trying to track lost luggage for example. Sure, you can use it to find your keys if they're under a cushion in your house. If your keys are outdoors on the ground somewhere, it's useless. It's not a real 'tracker.'
