I recently canceled my account with Liberty HealthShare after 8 years due to financial reasons. The cancellation process was straightforward and easy, which I greatly appreciated during a challenging time. I’ve always admired Liberty HealthShare’s mission and the values they stand for. My experience with them over the years has been positive, and I truly hope to return to their community in the future. Until then, I will continue to share my experience and recommend their services to others who align with their mission.

I’ve been a Liberty Healthshare member since 2015. My wife and I started when we were In our 20s. The long and short of it is early on liberty struggled. From 2015 until they got the new CEO who is in place now the customer Service struggled, the process in submitting bills was backed up. They were at a deficit. Me and my wife only had to use our membership for basic healthcare needs until she needed a biopsy for a breast cancer scare with mounted $18k in medical cost. It was tough to obtain. I had to wait 90 days, etc. Fast-forward with the new CEO in 2022 We had our daughter Which racked up close to 60,000 in medical bills. It was a night and day difference. Customer service is great. They reduce their deficit a ton membership is growing company is thriving. It is better than a health insurance. They don’t dictate or question your medical care and what your doctor is recommending, unless it’s morally wrong. I highly recommend them. I’m proud to be a Liberty Healthshare member and glad I stuck with them through hard times.

We joined LHS in 2017. Prior to Covid, processing times were extensive and confusing. Through Covid, as with everything else in the world, the processing got worse. Over the past 2 years, LHS has made great strides in getting the back log processed and improving the customer service experience. Their staff is well trained, patient & courteous. Sharing organizations are unique. LHS is very clear that this is not "insurance" therefore, the processing is different. The process still takes time. I don't have any providers that 'participate' so I've learned to go in as "self-pay", ask for prompt pay discounts and submit the bills to LHS portal. I do appreciate the courteous and knowledgable staff that answer the phones. It's refreshing to actually speak to humans these days for customer service. Tracy went above and beyond the call of duty by calling me to help get my mammogram re-submitted correctly with the diagnosis codes required.

I can always get answers to my questions right away when I call in, usually with very little wait. I have been with Liberty Healthshare for over 9 years. It works for me!

Customer service with liberty Healthshare has always been positive. I speak to real people who are clear and helpful. Almost no wait time to reach a person.

Bailey was very helpful. He confirmed receipt of the additional information I sent in for a medical expense. He also checked to see if the two vaccines I received could go towards my AUA. Very friendly and accommodating!
