Na de rit werd alsnog €8,- gedebiteerd zonder mijn authorisatie. De door mij geaccepteerde € 13,73 is echter niet van mijn bank afgeschreven

I bought the day pass and after tax came to $18.01. They then proceeded to charged me for every ride anyway charging me another $3.38, $6.23, $6.23, $3.10, $31.97!!, I called them cus I only rode for 15 minutes at a time (first 90 min with day pass is free) tried to get a refund. Guy was nice and said he would. I got refunded only $6.23. And then GOT CHARGED AGAIN FOR $40.84. Seriously never rent a scooter with lime. For 30 min ,barely, I got charged over $70.

Horrible DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM THEM. I RODE IT TWICE IN ONE DAY AND BITH TIMES IT WOULD NOT LET ME END MY Ride!!!!!!!

I forgot to turn of my Lime, the company automatically ended my session after a while, I asked them to get the money back for my mistake and they did return the money without any hustle. Very professional!

Dieser Roller ist der letzte dreck ! Es ist viel zu teuer und zieht ohne Grund Geld vom Konto ab. Die Qualität ist der letze dreck. Die Bremsen funktionieren überhaupt nicht genau so wie die Klingel, dazu klappert das Ding so laut wie ein Traktor und der ganze Körper wackelt beim fahren. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Wasted my time, plus paid for it. This was my second approach. First, after uploading drivers license it confirmed I am ready to take the first-ever ride. But when I scanned the scooter then it asked me quiz of 10 questions. Filled those although I was in a hurry. Got the scooter but there were either no clear instructions how to turn it on or it didn't work. But the most annoying was that I couldn't even finish this nonsense! The button End didn't work. When after some 20 pressing it worked I was asked too take picture to prove I parked it in the designated area. And on some 10 pictures it didn't approve. The time/money counter kept on ticking. So I didn't get to ride, got even more late and got charged for it. Not trying it again.
