Had a great customer service experience, my package was lost in the mail. They promptly responded to my concerns and checked on everything found the package and had it to me within a few days. The product itself is great and I love using it!

The best part of my experience was finding that the pilates reformer set is very light-weight, and ready-to-use with no set up necessary. I could start right away using the included training videos and instruction pdf! Last but not the least, the customer service was absolutely wonderful in helping me when I reached out to them with some questions.

I ordered board after seeing some girls TikTok videos, I was sceptical because I have read some bad reviews here however my board came completely fine! It’s in a great condition, exactly like photos and after one week I can already see the result! I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews because it literally looks just like in the videos! 100% recommend!

Nice looking board with versatile functions and really simple to use and fold away. Had a few issues with delivery however customer services rectified the problems promptly.
