It's an expensive cheap board, I swear they are selling to you new and everything was packed appropriately and intact, when it wasn't. For example a pair of yoga slippers, you would think that for the price that you're paying for this thing you get at least get both slippers. Access to the video is non-existent. You can download a book and as you're working out try to look at your form and everything on your phone, trying to get that right rather than a workout video that they also promised would be there or accessible. Furthermore, trying to obtain anything from customer service is the non-starter. They ignore you and they BS you. Affirm or Shop Pay also has this store or this seller listed as a store on their websites so that people can make payments, stay away whether you find them through Google or you find them on Facebook or you find them through one of these stores, stay away. Get a better board from a reputable company. And my date of experience is still an ongoing one so I'm putting today's date. I have been emailing you for months. I've even been promised to refund to no avail. I'm not removing this until you make good on what you said you were going to do via the email and I have every one of them

I received my machine the other day ago. I was quite impressed how sore I was the next day. This machine is pretty awesome and I love it! So far amazing. edit response not happy with his machine after all just a couple use. I wanted to send it back and they advised me that it would cost me more than $100 to send back. Very poor quality customer service and they’re very hard to get a hold of I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I ordered the pilates board a month ago and I love it!! Not only did I receive a great price, the board came with a sweatband, socks and a gift card. The board provides a quick and effective workout for me as a busy mom and entrepreneur. With my gift card I recently ordered the pilates essential ring and I cannot wait to incorporate the ring into my weekly workouts.

I wish I had seen this item before I had tried other similar items. I Love it
