LGI HomesReviews of lgihomes.com

I am a real estate broker here in Florida since 2006 and have had the BEST experience working with LGI Homes here. I was treated with the upmost respect and dignity and everyone I refer to LGI agrees. I was very surprised at negative comments in other states, as well as this state. Tom, here in Cape Coral, FL is one of the BEST realtors I have had the pleasure of working with, my husband and family agree and thank him for always reaching out to us regarding upcoming beautiful homes. We know LGI builds a superior quality home and you cannot beat the value. PShockness.

Absolutely desipicable. Post dozens of CL ads a week, multiple ads of the same property, mostly all in the 'rental' section and are houses for sale. Waste of time and super spammer extraordinaire of Craig's List. Would you trust a company with that M.O.?

False advertised with 0 down. When it came to closing they wanted $7100.00 down. Did not anticipate the car dealer type dealings.
