LGI HomesReviews of lgihomes.com

The only issues I had with anything was the contractors not cleaning up the job site and the grass layout on my property could have been done better. Everything else was nice and smooth for the admin side and the employees were very helpful. Especially Ed.

Very fast closing and used VA benefits. What could improve is communication with the buyer and everything up front. Also wish better grass was used or taken care of better prior to buyer as all around edge of house is dead grass.

4/5 everything was great and easy. Only not a 5 star review because we couldn’t schedule the blue tape walk through with enough time for the things to get done before close. But that wasn’t a huge issue because David the construction manager has been on top of everything we’ve asked for since closing. Steven the sales rep who worked with us was great and very responsive during closing.

I would like to thank Jimmy and Kevin from LGI Construction for listening to my concerns regarding my house and taking action to correct the issues. Jimmy, thank you for your personal oversite in getting issues corrected, I really appreciate you! I would also like to thank Amin in the sales office and I want you to know I really appreciate you too. All of these gentlemen demonstrated LGI's top 3 values which are Exceptional Customer Service, Integrity, and Ethical Behavior. LGI can take a lesson from these 3 employees and make sure that all employees are aligned with the company values...especially Integrity!

Easy and hassle free process

Our loan officer Carrie Budds singlehandedly saved this deal. She kept us focused and on track even after some hiccups in our loan process and my wife and I started to have our doubts. On the day of, Carrie reached out and got our closing to go through after issues with paperwork transfers. Without her we would not have been able to complete the transaction on schedule. Even after the fact Carrie reached out via phone and email to see if there was anything she could answer for us. We moved in this week and so far so good. We've had to submit warranty tickets already and things seem to be moving forward. Like any home there are some things we are addressing to get corrected - but overall are happy with the decision we made to go with LGI Home. I think if you are in the market for a home and are ok working within the parameters of an all-in-one builder, then LGI is a solid option to go with.

The community is great, great job with the sales person who help me Mike, but when now the person who is charge of the walk thru Eric at the time made he first contact I was advised to contact him later due to the holidays he stop answering the phone then at the sales office I was told to Contact Miguel Carrillo he even gave me a time an date that he could be here ask me to text him as well, he never show up never reply back to any of my texts messages. I put a lot of money to move here I guess no value there! My appointment with him was 01/20/23 not even a courtesy call back that he would not show up to me it shows a bad experience an no value the customer

Loved LGI homes. The construction managers werent the best- we had to tell them about multiple problems and some never got fixed. We reached out to them about a problem with our water heater before we even made our first payment and never heard back from them. very frusterating. However, Keith our loan advisor made up for it. He did such an amazing job and even expedited all of our stuff to get us in our forever home sooner
