I bought the max lite pro duffel bag…
YesI bought the max lite pro duffel bag with wheels . The inside zipper in bottom has no tag so zipper closes but hard to do is this a defective bag or do they are come this way Lex luggage replied right away not defective it had no zipper pull .. I have upgraded my rating to excellent

Hello Nancy, the zipper you're speaking about is NOT broken. This is the zipper to unzip the lining of the bag and allow access to the framing of the bag in case it ever needs to be repaired. This zipper is intended to be used only for repairs.
