While the bag I ordered was what was shipped it proved too small for my needs. I tried it first and that was apparently my mistake. "Once used no returns" So Customer satisfaction is not a priority with this company.

Hello Robert, We are sorry that after your 3rd trip using the bag, as per your contact, you felt that the bag was too small for your needs. Unfortunately, as clearly stated in our return policy, once an item is used, and traveled with, the item is no longer eligible for a return. If the bag was still new and unused, we would have had no issues accepting it back for a return or an exchange. Sincerely, Lexington Luggage

Some the 70s!
I bought my first piece of luggage from LL in the 70s when I used to travel to NYC. They have never disappointed!! Very easy to deal with and great quality products.

Order online process was fast and easy
Order online process was fast and easy. Luggage arrived right on schedule in factory packaging. Very excited to test it out on a Plane/Train trip next week. Called Lexington with a few questions, good customer service. Will not hesitate to order more items from Lexington.

I found the sales personnel at Lexington Luggage to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store's pricing is SUPERIOR. I have always found them to have excellent inventory availability and to be very fast in shipping my purchases to me.
