I ordered the Brown Fox Cross Over Sling Bag, Black one under production. I loved this bag soooo much, I ordered the black one. Took my brown one for a test drive to Denver Colorado to visit Pike's Peak & the Rocky Mountains. Took binoculars, cell, vehicle keys, money change, a pocket knife, small flashlight, and a few other wkend trinkets. The size capacity is the absolute size for a weekend walk-about markets, mountains like I did, worked out absolutely awesome. Plenty of space, plenty of pockets to include the one in the back between the shoulder straps. I'v never had such a perfect & supple/soft bag. I plan to purchase more to hand out as Christmas Gifts. Absolutely the Awesome Weekend Walk-About Bag for sure!!!!!!!

My husband bought me a off the shoulder bag from this company when he was on the search for something we found in TN at another store and I regretted not buying. He went online, purchased it, and I contemplated keeping it or returning it when it arrived. It was a nice bag just not the wear and tear look I was going for. I asked for a return label and figured I would sit down and go through their website as well as others when I had the time to spend. I was texted by the company asking for my feedback and why I wanted a return. They were polite and thorough. What happened after is what bothers me. I shipped back the bag on Sept 3rd it was received Sept 6th. I assumed the company did the right thing. It wasnt until almost a month later when I was in California at a different leather shop that I checked my card to find no refund was ever issued. I had to call the company and leave a message asking where my refund was. I received a random text today that just said "refund processed" this is the same number that could text me all the personal texts and info asking me what I wanted and what I was looking for. Explaining they make everything themselves blah blah blah but couldn't send a message that said "hey sorry we forgot" or "sorry we made an error". Nothing. Makes me wonder if I didnt say anything if I would have ever gotten my refund. Seems very dishonest

I returned a bag because it was bigger than what I needed. Customer Service helped me with the return and quickly took care of the exchange for the size I needed with zero hassle. I really appreciate the help I received.

UPDATE: The day after I left my review about being worried about where the bag was shipping from vs. where the company is located, I received a phone call from a customer service rep. She assured me that there was nothing to worry about. While they do keep stock in CA and ship from there, monogrammed items ship directly from their manufacturer in India. She was confident we would be happy with the quality of the bag. The bag was delivered to the recipient today and I am thrilled to report that he absolutely loves it. It looks beautiful and is well constructed. I highly recommend for item quality and top notch customer service. Earlier 2 star review: I am very nervous about the bag I ordered. I was shocked to see it is shipping from India, not California. This is a gift for someone and shipping directly to them and after reading reviews and already feeling like I was mislead about where this company is, I am concerned about the quality of the bag being delivered.

I would not order this bag. I received it and it has holes in the finish due to some type of adhesive residue that put holes in the finish, it has large scratches in the leather, and the leather quality is extremely poor. It says it is from CA but shipped from India.

While there may have been a couple hiccups along the way I was very impressed by Jessica from Levinson who was very responsive and did everything possible to make my experience great. The products are very high quality and if for some reason there is an issue with an item they are very apologetic and send a replacement immediately. I will definitely make all my leather purchases from Levinson
