I ordered the Brown Fox Cross Over Sling Bag, Black one under production. I loved this bag soooo much, I ordered the black one. Took my brown one for a test drive to Denver Colorado to visit Pike's Peak & the Rocky Mountains. Took binoculars, cell, vehicle keys, money change, a pocket knife, small flashlight, and a few other wkend trinkets. The size capacity is the absolute size for a weekend walk-about markets, mountains like I did, worked out absolutely awesome. Plenty of space, plenty of pockets to include the one in the back between the shoulder straps. I'v never had such a perfect & supple/soft bag. I plan to purchase more to hand out as Christmas Gifts. Absolutely the Awesome Weekend Walk-About Bag for sure!!!!!!!

I returned a bag because it was bigger than what I needed. Customer Service helped me with the return and quickly took care of the exchange for the size I needed with zero hassle. I really appreciate the help I received.

UPDATE: The day after I left my review about being worried about where the bag was shipping from vs. where the company is located, I received a phone call from a customer service rep. She assured me that there was nothing to worry about. While they do keep stock in CA and ship from there, monogrammed items ship directly from their manufacturer in India. She was confident we would be happy with the quality of the bag. The bag was delivered to the recipient today and I am thrilled to report that he absolutely loves it. It looks beautiful and is well constructed. I highly recommend for item quality and top notch customer service. Earlier 2 star review: I am very nervous about the bag I ordered. I was shocked to see it is shipping from India, not California. This is a gift for someone and shipping directly to them and after reading reviews and already feeling like I was mislead about where this company is, I am concerned about the quality of the bag being delivered.

While there may have been a couple hiccups along the way I was very impressed by Jessica from Levinson who was very responsive and did everything possible to make my experience great. The products are very high quality and if for some reason there is an issue with an item they are very apologetic and send a replacement immediately. I will definitely make all my leather purchases from Levinson

My initial order was placed in mid November, a bag arrived and was very disappointing, it was not the quality I expected. I left an honest review with intent to return the purchased bag. The company immediately reached out, apologized and gave me a couple options. Full immediate refund (no restocking fee) or replacement order at no additional charge for another messenger bag. I decided to choose another bag hoping it would be as nice as advertised online. It arrived quickly and to my delight, The bag is beautiful and fully met all my expectations on quality of leather, design and price. The leather was soft, the lining and stitching was nicely done. The bag was a gift to my son for his 26th birthday. I was excited to show him the replacement and he loved it, his face lit up, “ this is exactly what I wanted”. Thank you Levinson leather goods for having great customer service and a beautiful product. I was not asked to change or update my initial review. I have previously worked in retail sales and purchasing for a major retailer, things can happen with suppliers in manufacturing . I appreciated their quick response to a problem and making sure I was happy with their product and shopping experience. I would recommend their leather messenger bags and will be repurchasing another bag soon.

A different product was sent to me. The Levinson Leather Goods customer service was great and took care of the issue immediately.
