Poorly made, but good customer service
Edit: increasing my rating. I reached out to the customer service team and received a full refund for the bag I purchased. They were very responsive and removed the style of bag that I bought from their website after looking into the quality. I didn't get a replacement, so I don't know if other bags would be better, but I can at least say that they are understanding and will work with you if you have problem with the bag you receive. I just received a bag from Levinson Leather Goods and I wish I had done more research before buying. The bag is so poorly assembled and the leather is clearly very low quality. Even on sale, it was not worth what I paid. The fact that they state they are located in Atlanta and LA, but drop ship straight from India, makes me question their ethics. I don’t recommend buying from this brand at all.
