Update: the company quickly responded to my email regarding the quality and would like to replace it. The email mentioned they were going to investigate the issues. I'm very please with how well they handled my complaint. I will update the rating and review when the new bag is recieved. The bag came poorly packaged, which was a good indication of the quality. The "leather" was very dry, cracking and had what appeared to be oil-stains. The hardware is thin and cheap. This bag is trash. The bag was inside a thin canvas cover and shipped in a plastic bag Warning!!!!!!- they will charge you $29.99 to return it, PLUS shipping fees.
