LeverReviews of lever.co

Monika Evje is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Pros - Lever is a great system, period. Cons - none except I hope to continue to receive great support and success in 2018 and 2019. Final comments - Monika is a tremendous asset.

We were able to implement Lever in a week and get a dozen hiring managers up and running the next week. The software is easy to implement, it is easy to train hiring managers how to use, it is easy to configure...It is just easy. With a candidate-centric view of the world, it allows us to easily shift candidates from one potential role to another, or no role at all, and still be able to keep track of them. The integration with Google Enterprise Calendars and Mail makes scheduling phone calls and interviews incredibly fast and smooth, and the calendar events have links to the forms we set up to capture interview information. E-Mail templates, including links to allow candidates to schedule their own interviews, are easy to use and have fields that are autopopulated from the candidates' information.

Bigfoot implemented Lever in 2 - 3 weeks as we were in the midst of a significant recruiting ramp. It was fairly straightforward to do and we had all of our hiring managers self sufficient in a matter of minutes. We were able to monitor and measure and direct our recruiting towards the candidate pools we're after. We love their integrations with Gmail & Google Calendar which makes scheduling interviews easy and straightforward. The recruiters love the integration with LinkedIn. Lever has made our recruiting far more productive and manageable than we could have imagined. Customer Support has been fabulous, productive and seamless ... they are there when we need them.

I love Lever! It's a great ATS-very intuitive, and user friendly. It only took me a day or two to get the hang of it, and I have just tapped the functionality of it. I'm excited to become a super-user!

Amelia was incredibly helpful in walking me through how to use this platform , she went above and beyond making sure I understood how to use all the functions of Lever to the best of my ability. Without this amazing training I would not have been able to utilize this amazing platform as well as I currently do. I love the way the candidate timeline is displayed I love the ability to pull so many reports I love the scheduling function and how it integrates with Google Calendar Everything about this tool makes my life easier as a Recruiter for a large scaling company.

We implemented Lever at the beginning of this year and are very happy overall with our switch. We originally chose to go with Lever because we liked how "candidate-centric" this platform was over other systems. We wanted an ATS that streamlined our application process, screening, and made scheduling a breeze and overall, we have found that! The implementation and customer service team has been top-notch with Lever. Along the way, we have received answers to our questions right away. The videos and tutorials have been extremely helpful and the feedback response rate from our interviewers has increased. The integration with Microsoft Office365 with a single log-on process was well-received with our interview teams. Our company fills a majority of our entry-level hires through campus recruiting and Lever has allowed us to organize our applications by school, events, position, etc. which has helped our team organize our campus recruiting efforts. We are also beginning to implement Lever "Nurture" to help with our recruiting campaigns and to help us recruit "passive candidates." Overall, we are pleased with Lever and its functionality. We would recommend it completely.

We wanted something that could be implemented quickly and easily, it was also important that the cost made sense for the value of our rapidly growing team. We needed a platform to help us connect all of our job boards and postings for a unified candidate experience. Lever has provided all of this! The platform is intuitive and the Customer Support team is always ready and willing to help make the platform the most efficient for our team's use. The platform is great for startups. I don't have any 'cons' for Lever. They really take their customer feedback and actively develop the platform. Role: I'm a user; I'm the administrator; I'm on the team that set up, implemented, or customized this product; I helped select or purchase this product

Lever is good with the potential to be great, in my opinion. We recently went live with the product and so far our recruiters like it and our hiring managers are giving us good feedback too. It truly is intuitive and user-friendly, and does not bog our staff down with an abundance of options or layers. We’re tying up loose ends, but we feel confident that Lever is going to help us significantly with structured interviewing as well as keeping our processes consistent across the globe. The only drawback is that the product is immature so some of the components are not completely fleshed out. For example, they are still working on integrations with 2 products that are critical to our operations: O365 and Workday. And we cannot complete the offer process through the system either as applicant information does not flow to it and negotiation with the candidate is not possible at this time. However, I believe that Lever is constantly working on improvements and we see that they are committed to excellent service. I also got some insight to the company and know that their workers have fun and trust that their leaders are taking the company where it needs to go.
