Excellent! Clean, simple, and intuitive. Absolutely recommend this software if your current ATS is cluttered, has limitations, and requires a lot of unnecessary steps to navigate through. Hopefully you get Monica Evje as your IS... she is great!

Intuitive, Effective, Innovative.
Pros:
- Scheduling interviews have never been easier for our Talent Team. Our conference rooms are linked to Lever so we can do everything without checking Google Calendar!
- Easy to use interface. Every tab, page, and profile is very user-friendly, with the recruiter/hiring manager in mind.
- Sending candidates a link to schedule their phone interview cuts down on the back and forth.
- Communication between approvers, hiring managers and interviewing team is ridiculously easy that even my mom can use Lever.
- Automatic job posting to external job boards. Super easy to use for niche job boards as well!
- The referral system is super easy for folks who don't use Lever on a daily basis.
- Customizable application per posting. SUPER easy. I love this feature.
- Reports are very easy to pull and read.
- Recruiters have control over who they involve in the hiring process. Before when we didn't have Lever, all hiring managers had access to every single job posting and its applicants in front of them. Now, we assign them to specific jobs they own. They can't see anything else.
- Lever Extension on Chrome is insane, in a very good way. Extremely helpful when you're sourcing candidates on LinkedIn!
- Andrew is great. Always there when we had questions and always willing to hop on a call with us.
- Implementation phase was super quick and simple. The Lever team did whatever we asked and in turn, we did whatever they asked.
Cons:
- Requisition approval needs fine tuning. When we decide to hire internally for a requisition that has already been approved, we have to delete the current req and add another one indicating it was an internal hire in order for us to report on the number of internal hires. There's very little you can do with a req once it's been approved without getting the approvers involved again.
- Offer approval is backward, in my opinion. The letter should be drafted first, then sent out to the approvers for their review. Right now, it's approval first, then offer letter draft.
- Referrals are counted as "applicants" and not "leads." That's crazy to me.
- Once a lead has applied through our careers website, we have to manually move them from the lead bucket to the applicant bucket. There's no automatic transfer. No notification, either.
Bottom line: In my opinion, Lever is the best ATS out there. Beats its competitors by at least a mile. Keep up the great work!

Emphasis on Support!
From demo, to implementation, to launch, the Lever team has been highly responsive and supportive in making the tool an integral part of talent acquisition at KIPP Los Angeles. I would highly recommend Lever as we have seen not only an increased number of applicants, for much faster time to fill averages since implementation.

Awesome ATS and so much more!
Lever is an amazing recruitment tool! An ATS, analytics platform, relationship manager and referrals tracker all in one, Lever has thus far fulfilled our needs and exceeded our expectations as an medium-sized organization. Having used PeopleAdmin and Workday as other tracking systems, I was blown away by Lever's usability, simple design and speed.
The level of customer service and technical acumen from our contact Andrew made implementation a smooth process. Andrew has been quick and efficient to address our concerns, and offer great alternatives should anything not align precisely with our hopes.
One highlight is Lever's integration with Gmail and Google Calendar, which makes candidate correspondence and interview scheduling a breeze. Our organization recruits teachers in high volume usually months in advance, which makes relationship management critical. Email templates can be customized to candidates and their respective positions/application statuses, allowing concise and detailed communication with a few clicks. Interview reminders are sent automatically to hiring managers. Feedback collection is intuitive and contributes to abundant data for reporting -- which Lever also does, easily.
Hiring managers and other stakeholders have shared with our team overwhelmingly positive feedback, most of which surrounds the helpfulness of increased visibility into hiring and offer details.
Overall, we are very happy with Lever and highly recommend both the product and people behind it!

Still Happy: Follow-up After 6 months of use...
Lever was just what I needed as a one-person HR department, trying to make things more efficient for a company of over 200 employees. Previously, I would receive resumes and referrals from several different sources--LinkedIn, college job boards, employees, forwarded emails from others involved in hiring decisions. Lever was immediately helpful in funneling and attributing everything to share with appropriate parties.
It was also useful in that we had been using Google calendar/email/forms for the scheduling and feedback process. So having this further integrated in a single platform (and syncing properly within the Google suite) was perfect.
Interviewers love that the feedback form retains what they're typing between drafts. They love that they can see other interviewers feedback after they've completed their own. And I appreciate that this functionality (of writing feedback before seeing others' feedback) is available for purposes of resisting group-think.
I love its integration with Slack since this is our most used tool. It's helpful that employees can receive alerts through slack about their upcoming interviews, as well as reminders to complete feedback. This cut out my work in having to follow-up numerous times with employees (which became difficult to do as our interviews/interviewers increased).
Those involved in the hiring process love that they can dip into the pipeline or get high level views as needed--without having to ask me for updates. Recently, Lever released new privacy settings to further customize what different access tiers can see. This has helped immensely since, previous to this release, once a candidate received an offer their profile became blocked to certain access tiers.
I still have much to learn in terms of the reporting side of the tool, and the updates they'll be rolling out for boolean searching. I didn't get the full intro to the reporting tool during implementation--largely because I didn't know what questions to ask until I started using Lever more. But now that I have received a designated CS person, I'll be asking away. I've had very positive experiences with my designated support so far. She has been enthusiastic, eager to show me new features, and has even been apologetic when it took some time for me to receive designated support. (There was no need to apologize as Lever's generic support email alias was always prompt and helpful).
The one thing I hope will be available in the future is some kind of 'turn off' button on syncing emails. During the implementation, several candidates were imported and with them a large number of emails (largely from when they were hired and receiving numerous calendar events). I couldn't load their profiles, or delete their email address from the profile because it would stall. The Lever support team was able to do this from their end; but I wonder how many others run into this issue.
All in all, I'm a very happy customer, and couldn't recommend Lever more highly!
