Lever is leaps and bounds better than our previous ATS, allowing many people within the company to contribute to the recruiting process in ways that were not possible before. The user interface is clean and easy and it's highly usable and easy to learn. I'm sure we've only scratched the surface of what the product can do for us, but a couple months in we could not be happier with our decision to switch to Lever. Apart from the product itself, the support has been great, too. From our original account executive to our implementation specialist, their personalities, technical knowledge and accessibility made the process painless and fun.

The well-planned implementation process made Lever a smooth transition from our old ATS, Jobvite. The Lever team was extremely responsive and detailed in helping integrate Lever into our unique recruitment process. All the recommendations for best-practices in Lever have been very helpful for our start-up company based in Kenya! Our Implementation Specialist was very accommodating to our time-zone difference and unique international needs.

Great product, great experience of on-boarding. My team loves it

We are a biotechnology company that just raised a VC round and planning to go substantially increase the team size. I was getting swamped with resume reviews, and even harder coordinating with our internal teams for feedback and making decisions on interviews, and hiring. I was referred to Lever from another startup that was farther along (already 100+ people) and dove in without knowing too much about the platform. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad we got onto Lever. First, it's an awesome platform for "modern" recruiting, and fits very well with our data centric, move fast culture. Second, it's been a huge time savings while preserving (and improving) the information we have on candidates and jobs. Third, support has been superb, definitely in top 10% of products/services I've experienced in my 15 years running a business. A few minor drawbacks are: 1) it's not cheap, and won't directly save money on recruiting (but saves a lot of time!), 2) As a startup, it forced us to take recruiting more seriously, which is initially a time shock to the system, but has definitely been a benefit that will scale with the company (we are reaping rewards 2 months into it). 3) As cool as the platform is, it probably wouldn't be too useful to a company not actively doing a lot of hiring. We were perfectly fine building the team from 1-12 using "startup sweat", but closer to 20 (and looking to double asap) started to feel the pain. If you are hiring ~1 person per month, you probably don't need Lever.

We migrated to Lever from Greenhouse because of the ease of use, simple to understand overview of our pipeline and powerful reporting tools. From my first demos to last implementation call I've had a great time talking to the lever team who are great at suggesting ways to improve or tweak the system to our process.

Lever is an intuitive tool. The flow of work is thoughtful. I was able to self-teach my way through the tool and my hiring managers are also fluent in the tool with minimal effort. Lever enables me to be a great business partner to my hiring managers and to support finance and our business. I have had a team of 8+ and made a career switch and am supporting talent solo - it really enables me to use my time well. The scheduling feature is quick and easy for large interview panels. The tool to open phone screens with blocks of times saves me hours in scheduling. It's a live tool - anything I add it updated automatically. Lever gives you the ability to have contagious transparency with your hiring manager and other team members. This tool has all the features I need. It's priced very well in the market. Lever integrates with my other top partners. The support I have received from Lever is also like no other. Kudos to you, Lever.

I implemented Lever at the small start-up where I work over about a month or maybe less. It was super easy to learn, very user-friendly. I found the help documentation to be very thorough and useful for when I got stuck on trying to figure the system out. My non-recruiter colleagues needed very little training on using the features that they need to use. The software engineers at my company were also impressed with how feature-heavy the product is and how well-designed it is. The implementation specialist that we were set up was great and his trainings were useful and very efficient, given how much info he had to cover. I love Lever, and I can't imagine going back to the clunky spreadsheet model I was using before!
