I would highly recommend using Lever to any growing startup! Having minimal experience using ATS's, the layout and interface make using Lever a breeze! Not only does it make my job easy to it also allows the candidates we're managing to have a great experience as well!

Great ATS for small companies that want to grow fast. The way it sets up candidates and jobs makes it really easy to manage pipeline and to have line of sight to the entire recruiting team. The integrations with our other systems is nice to have. The improvements in the past 3 years have been well-targeted. Scheduling has improved a lot as has permissions and approval chains. Great product.

I would highly recommend using Lever to any company that is growing and growing quick. It has been an absolute game changer for my recruitment team! The product's workflow and visuals make us process ninjas which allows us to provide our prospective and incoming talent with the absolute best experience!! I can count on my team to be organized with this tool and collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers throughout the org. I don't know where I would be without Lever and I have experience with other ATS tools.

Lever has solved a lot of problems for us. It's a very collaborative tool that allows hiring managers visibility in to the entire recruiting and hiring process. The integrations are great! The Chrome, Google, and Slack integrations make scheduling and follow up with hiring managers so seamless. The UI is very easy to navigate and with Lever nurture it helps to avoid the "black hole" of candidate management. The support team is awesome too. The implementation team has worked closely with us to make sure we're up and running successfully, and is extremely timely with answering all of our questions. The one improvement I would suggest is the agency management feature. I understand they are working to improve that, however.

From my initial outreach when browsing different ATS's, to now as a happy customer, Lever and their team have been phenomenal every step of the way! Nick in sales totally "got" it when I explained a few of the unique challenges our early stage team was facing. Not only was he very product-knowledgeable and a patient listener, he offered solutions that would actually work for our team specifically, and was super responsive every step of the way. With really great sales, you *know* and recognize it's happening (at least I did as a recruiter), but you don't *feel* like you're being sold. On the product side, Lever is very intuitive from a recruiter perspective - their designers and engineers think of a lot of the little things that many other products miss, and it shows. It's like someone was reading my mind! After we'd decided to go with Lever, our implementation specialist Otto was responsive and insightful every step of the way. He quickly realized some of the in-depth trainings wouldn't be as relevant for our small team and that moving along fast was a bigger priority, and happily adjusted. He also did a fantastic job following up with an import issue that I'm pretty sure was no fault of his own, but probably a bug in either our old ATS or on the engineering side. Finally Lever's commitment to diversity and inclusion gives me a lot of faith they'll continue to make great product decisions and hire excellent people. Their articles and resources are a wonderful source of data that every recruiter can use to their advantage when talking with hiring managers, execs, and other team members.

Lever’s intuitive UX has made customization and integration into our operations easy for both the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers. Not to mention that the Lever team has been fantastic to work with, even with us navigating time differences half way around the globe!
