Our company has tried out a few different systems and LEVER is our favorite by far. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Even team members outside of our HR department are becoming more hands on with the ATS. From Demo to Implementation, the staff at LEVER was friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this ATS!

I recommend Lever to every Recruiting team out there. The ATS was created by developers that understand what Recruiters need and understand how little time we have in our days (the lever chrome extension is such a huge time saver). Managers are not the easiest to convince when it comes to ATS but with Lever and the slack integration it makes it easier to collect feedback without having to chase it. The staff is great, I was in touch with Spencer who took all the time I needed to explain all the different functions of Lever and then Otto took over for the implementation and although the timeframe I gave them was super short they were right there with me and I felt supported throughout the whole process (migration from another ATS to Lever and setting up our Lever company account). My team is super happy with this choice and I believe they thank me at least once a day (if not more) for picking Lever!

Recruiter's Best friend This tool has helped out our team so much making applicant tracking more efficient from sourcing down to offer. Even our hiring managers are loving the interface. The integration and training was also very smooth, thanks to their very helpful and friendly on-boarding team particularly Otto!

We had a great implementation experience with Otto, he supper attentive and proactive in checking our understanding each section of the apps and ensure best implementation for our company. We save major time using LEVER integration and by design the platform is flexible that can fit to our propitiatory recruitment process that we already have. I had a great implementation experience with Regi. We are still very new to the platform, but I've found it to be very user-friendly. I also really appreciate the report tools that are available, as our last ATS was missing that. I've used a lot of different systems (Salesforce, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Google Hire) and I've found Lever to be the most efficient so far.

I've used lever now in both a well-established recruiting team and a non-existent recruiting team at a startup. In both environments, Lever was able to meet our needs and our budget. For the well established team, Lever provided detailed reports, complicated interview panels, streamlined feedback, and made approvals more efficient. At the startup, Lever offered a template for how our interview process should run. We were able to move feedback from paper files to digital ones that are much easier to maintain for compliance purposes. It gave our leadership team a more comprehensive view of our pipeline and helped keep candidates organized so no one fell through the cracks. The sales, integration, and support teams were all very responsive and helpful. The platform is easy and intuitive to use and integrates with all major platforms including LinkedIn, AngelList, HackerRank, etc. making organization easy. For the price and ease of use, Lever is my recommended recruiting tool.
