LeverReviews of lever.co

Our integration with Lever has been such a great experience. Our recruitment efforts have already become more seamless and integrated, as we are able to have key members of our team consistently collaborate. Lever is very user friendly and includes many features that can easily be customized and tailored to company needs. Our implementation specialist was such a great help as well (Otto). He really took interest in having us all really learn the system and has gone above and beyond in providing support to us.

Lever's automation functionality makes life as a recruiter more effective, and life as a manager easier to report on their teams progress and success. The system is easy enough to understand that hiring managers can be on-boarded quickly and usually are excited to have one central location for candidate records. The chrome extension is almost flawless, which allows our recruiting team to quickly add candidates to the system from linkedin and other social networks. The support team (Otto, specifically) was great during the implementation!

Great onboarding experience, Monika went above and beyond to get us up and running on a tight deadline. Lever is intuitive, streamlined and love the automation and ease of use for our team and hiring managers. The feedback has been incredibly positive since the switch from our previous ATS and our hiring managers actually use it! It has increased communication and collaboration across the board. Would definitely recommend!

Lever's product design is very intuitive and the implementation was totally seamless as Monika was able to communicate and organize our team for a successful experience.

It took me very little time to come up to speed with Lever and I immediately felt comfortable performing all tasks within the tool. It provides an incredible platform to connect with our hiring managers and as an internal recruiter managing a high volume of positions, the real-time communication capabilities are a game-changer. I'm a big fan.

Fast, responsive, comprehensive onboarding process made it easy to get to know the already intuitive, user-friendly platform. Great experience, thanks Lever!

There's no way we could manage our recruiting process with the lean / anemic team that we have. I was able to manage 65 engineering candidates on my own. I keep track of all the communication, receive their background prior to the interview, can automate the scheduling, and keep track of more specific information like code submissions / reviews. Saying Lever is a critical part of our recruitment process would be an understatement.

This is my first recruiting job and my first time using Lever. I can't imagine doing this job without using Lever: the features are great and the platform is super logical and effortless to learn. Our Customer Success Manager at Lever has been very helpful in helping us with implementation, supporting us and answering all of our questions. Thank you!
