We switched to Lever to automate and improve operational tasks. The system has a lot of different possibilities in order to do outbound and inbound search, many different functions - it is convenient to change the stages for the candidates. I really liked that everything is customizable so far. All the staff are very friendly and want to help. We were pleased to cooperate with the Account Executive- Sarah, when we decided which ATS to work with and sign a contract. Then, when we already set up the transition and data transfer to Lever, Katie - Customer Success helped us and everything went very easily and as conveniently as possible for us. Thank you!

Lever was pretty amazing in so many ways helping me to organize the candidates and scheduling the interviews was so much easier for the candidates but myself too. My experience implementing and working with Lever was far superior to my experience utilizing Workday in a previous organization. Lever is user friendly and has integration options with other software like Slack and Zoom that make it easy to weave into an improve an existing process with minimal disruption to the broader recruitment team. We were fully guided and supported during our implementation period and I felt like a super user by launch day!

Katie Parides was amazing with the implementation process. She explained all aspects of Lever very clearly and always answered my questions. Lever has worked in improving my companies organization with the hiring process. I love how you can email candidate and insert Easy Book Links with your calendar to schedule interviews. The Email templates are great too! I would overall recommend Lever to all companies hiring large amounts of people at once.

Lever allows us to identify, target, reach-out, and keep track of great talent. If you use Lever the right way, it pays off for teams 2, 3, 4+ years down the road. It's a system that keeps on giving. I used lever at Grand Rounds for 4+ years, and we recently implemented at Sendoso.
