Just got the 30-inch LEVEL8 Voyageur to complete my set—already had the 20-inch and 28-inch, and I’m obsessed. That wide handle? Genius. And the wheels? So smooth, it’s like gliding on air. Seriously, no other luggage compares. Already told my bestie they need this brand in their life. 😍

Customer service is excellent. I reached out the customer support multiple times and had quick and great communication. Suitcase itself is awesome too. I’ll buy another one when my suitcase gets old.

For several years, I have exclusively purchased Rimowa suitcases due to their exceptional quality. However, I recently decided to explore Level8. Not only do the brand offer a more equitable price point, but the quality is also remarkable. Actually better than all high end brands I know. Notably, they are one of the few suitcases that feature a zipper closure on both sides of the compartments. It would be advantageous if the 28-inch version could be purchased separately rather than as part of a set of three. A carry-on version with a large outside pocket would be a good addition to the range.

I recently purchased the Road Runner Pro Carry-On 20'' and had an issue with the case. It was very stressful as I was travelling on Wednesday and would not be able to comply with the 7 day return window as they are in Ca USA and I am in the UK. Level 8 were excellent and cognizant of the time constraints, once I supplied pictures and a short video of the issue they very quickly gave me a couple of options to resolve the situation. Both world class service and exceptional as a customer outcome. Great service thank you Level 8

One Star – Complete Waste of Money This Level 8 luggage is a joke. I ordered the new yellow and black style thinking I was upgrading, and I deeply regret it. I used it once on a trip to Egypt and Morocco—one trip—and it came back beat to hell. Scratches everywhere, the finish looks terrible, and for the price? Absolutely not worth it. The so-called "warranty" is useless. I’ve had a cheap three-piece set from Ross for over 10 years, and that stuff has survived more flights and abuse without falling apart. This Level 8 suitcase couldn’t survive a single trip. Stylish, maybe—but totally garbage when it comes to quality. Don’t waste your money.

Had an urgent issue with my delivery and reached out to their team who investigated and responded super quick. Probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Bought an aluminium carry on nearly a year ago. It must have been on 30 flights and is still going strong. Looks and works great. My only criticism is that the 'grey' looks a bit purple in some lights but not a big deal. My wife has a Rimowa and I prefer this.
