We bought a Polaris pool robot from them solely on their stated commitment to service them. When we encountered a problem, we brought in the Polaris pool robot and they refused to take it stating that they are so back logged on repairs that they cannot service it.

I scheduled installation of a water purifier, which was cancelled twice. The first time the technician "couldn't make it", and I was told on the day having spent my morning waiting. The second time I didn't get a call, they cancelled days ago and didn't even bother to tell me. I recommend you find another company to service your pool

I bought two buckets of ChlorBrite and I tried to open them, but couldn't do it. I called one of the stores, and they told me how to do it. I did as instructed and could not open them. I watched a couple of videos posted on YouTube on how to open these buckets. Apparently, many more people have had the same problem, still I couldn't. I tried to open them for the next two days; same result. Then I chatted online with someone on their website, and they told me to go to the store so that the employees can open it for me. That's 30 minutes away from home. It amazes me that this people can make a product that works, but put it in a container that can't be opened. Their chemists do a great job; the guy that designs their buckets does not, and that's the one that pissed me off.

In early May I ordered a pool cover. Two weeks later their technician came to measure - 18X36 -- stock size. They quoted me $619.99. One month later he came back, I assume to do the installation. I let him be. Two hours later he had disppeared. The old cover was still on the pool. I called the store. They said they would find out what was the problem and call back. They never did. I went there twice, spending up to 45 minutes each time while they fiddled on their computer. On July 28th they told me that the price was $919.99 not $619.99. I told them if they could not honor the first quote to hold off. After the second meeting I went on line and got one for $413 before tax, free Amazon delivery in FIVE DAYS! If I ever buy something from Leslies again you can have me committed for insanity ;-)

My wife takes water in and the guy runs it..turn around and hands her the paper..when she asked a question about the procedure he tell her "there are four pages there and goes to wait on someone else. When he overhears me on the phone say "FU$# HIM: He tells her to leave..he is not dealing with her. Kinda thin skined to be in business with the public... He Backyard fun is just down the street...so Leslies can go broke for all I care...you not the only dealer around...Never again...

I purchased and had Leslie's install a RayPak pool heater on Dec 2, 2021. It's now June 15, 2022 and the heater still does not work after multiple attempts at repair. Often Leslie's cancels schedule service with no explanation. Do not use Leslie's for installation and repair.

We got our cover today from hot tub works- a Leslie pool company. The cover does not fit at all. Our hot tub is 81” in the center but then it tapers down to 78”. There is about 2-3” of space on every corner. This will not work. I paid so much money for this cover and need it to fit. The sales person told me pretty much that’s too bad, it’s non refundable. I originally sent him pictures so he could help me pick the cover. It was also all made in Mexico by a third party. Super disappointing.

We bought our pool last year and spent the entire summer trying to keep it from turning green. Spent a whole month using costly product after product only to find out it was the filter so they gave us a new one. But not even a week later it turned green AGAIN!! After several more expensive products and 2 to 3 weeks worth of getting it right we got to use it for all of 3 or 4 days and it was right back to where we started. Was told on SEVERAL occasions that "Google is my friend", so if that was the case why would I go to them?!?! It started out great when we opened it for this season, but not even a week later we were right back to where we started like last year. I switched to a different co.pany and have had no issues since. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!
