I think they intentionally want my pool to turn green so I have to buy more products.I went to a different pool store and that's how I found out it's high in phosphate.Lucky it's an above ground so I just need to empty out water instead of spending 35+.On SS,thanks Need all I can keep!

I purchased a cover for my inground spa from Leslies custon spa shop out of Phoenix, Az including a anchoring kit. The anchor kit did not come with the cover so I notified the rep that I ordered from that it was missing. Approximately 3 weeks later I received a kit to attach a above ground spa cover. So I called again and a few weeks later I received 1 of the 4 anchors and no removal tool. So I called again a few weeks later I received 1 more anchor. So I called again the rep he said he would fix the problem but that was a few weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. To me this should have been an easy issue to fix so either the reps are incompetent or just don’t care

I bought an 18 ft round pool they're supposed to have everything with it it did have everything but no sand for the sand filter how does that make any sense they said it doesn't come with sand well if I bought a complete package is what the ad said a complete package I paid $1,800 and they did not send sand for the sand filter really

I tried to save 20 dollars and purchased the product online. They have product in store but they can't sell me those I have to wait for my chlorine tablets to get shipped to store. Makes no sense to me but I guess to them it does. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one til my order was shipped out. The ladies in customer service where actually very nice. The policy the have for simple online orders is crazy. They lost my business to much of a headache
