Terrible spammers, I keep receiving spam messages despite never signing up to receiving them. The other comments here show what a bad company this is

I purchased a 15 round Leslie pool. They charged me over $1200 delivered. I had to return it. They only returned $800. They kept $400 for return shipping. They are thieves, and the return policy is a really bad. They never answer your calls. They use a third party answering service. You cannot return the pool to a store. You have to ship it back and they don't tell you how much it will cost to return. I am seeking a lawyer now. To file a lawsuit.

Leslie pool have changed the quality of products and are charging a substantial price for their products ! Example #1 pool duration acid 19.95, quality of product has been reduced from clear high quality to yellow inferior product or the type that you can purchase at Home Depot, Lowes or even Walmart at half the price. To receive the same quality save you $$$ and purchase at the competion local stores or go online. Leslie Pool will not survive with the business concept. Mark my words.... Example 2 A two way check valve at Leslie is $100+ Online same identical is $26.99 I highly recommend doing research, and don't purchase any of these over price items.

These people are scammers, they know little about pool chemistry and just tell you stuff about your water sample to get you to buy more chemicals. To wit, they advised/sold me stabilizer as well as dichro (which is already stabilized) which caused my cya to shoot up so much that I had to drain and refill my 1800 gallon spa to clear it.

Purchased a pool online 4 yrs ago it split open and collapsed due to rust, no type of warranty and they won't do anything about it! Caused damage to property!! Wish I could post the pictures of all the damage... 😔

Sold me a used and Rusted Capacitor..$40.00 didn't realize it until I put it on I got my money back but what a waste of time

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waiting a WEEK for my shock! They’re out of it in all the local stores so I had to order for delivery. After waiting 6 days….being told every day that it’s coming tomorrow… my pool is green in this TX heat! FedEx shows that it has “an unreadable barcode”. WTF??? I called my local Magnolia Texas Leslie’s but they didn’t answer the phone every day that I called; they seldom answer the phone there! Can’t get anyone at Fed Ex to help, so called the Leslie’s 800 number and just got a frustrating AI “assistant”. Sure didn’t “assist” me in getting my order only saying that “pool chemicals are not returnable.” Plus, they send it “signature required” so I have to wait at home every single day for this order to arrive and meanwhile I’m out of $229.00 with a green pool and no one at my Local Leslie’s, Fed Ex, or corporate Leslie’s give a flying fu#%

Purchased RIGHTFIT salt cell from Leslie's Grand Prairie, TX, and it quit working 1 month after expiration of warranty. Contacted Leslie's Customer Care 1-800-537-5437 on Sunday 5/12/26 (case #05522487). They requested proof of purchase and pictures via email which I promptly provided. Team members promised they would see what could be done. Followed up with daily emails and phone calls NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
