Excellent Customer Service!!
I recently ordered two pairs of glasses from Lensmart. On the website, it gave me the option of switching to Canadian funds, which I did because I’m from Canada, however, when I received confirmation of my order, it had been converted to US funds. I immediately contacted Lensmart via email and Facebook messenger to inquire why I was being charged in US funds. Customer service from both email and Facebook messenger responded super quickly and let me know that regardless of which currency you wanted to see the order in, it defaulted to US funds when ordered. I also inquired about a coupon I had forgotten to apply to my order. I had many other questions, and both representatives I spoke to were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and super helpful. They were patient with my questions and explained things to me fully. They also checked every single time to make sure that I understood before they went ahead with my order. They were more than happy to provide the information that I required and any information I needed. They also went ahead and applied the coupon for me and let me know that they would refund me the difference as soon as I received my glasses and I was 100% happy with my order. I will write another review once I receive my glasses, but in the meantime, I can already tell you that I will order more glasses from this company simply based on their excellent customer service. If you’re feeling at all nervous about ordering online from this company, don’t! Their website was super easy to navigate, they had a “try-on” option, and explained how to look at the sizing and how to take measurements. Simply based on the customer service I received, I have full confidence that I am going to love my glasses. And I am confident if I don’t, they will be more than willing to help out with that as well. And even in US funds, the price for two pairs of prescription glasses, as well as progressive prescription glasses was excellent!! So go ahead, order!
