In life you expect to be scammed at least once and dealing with this company seems to be mine. The glasses sent were not according to my prescription and they refused to accept this. They used every excuse to make it impossible to return them. If you want prescription glasses please be aware like me you may not end up with a pair you can use.

The glasses are exactly like on the website. They are high quality and very beautiful. The website is very good. The delivery is great.

Amikor először hallottam a Lensmartról úgy gondoltam “ egy a sok közül “.Kipróbáltam,mit is veszíthetek ?- a nálunk kapható multifokalis lencsék és keretek árához képest fenntartással voltam,de azért a szemészeti asszisztenssel belevágtunk .Megérkezett ahogyan a tájékoztatóban volt .Az első piros pont megvolt ,amit ígértek bejött.2./ Felprobáltam a Multifokalis szemüveget,hamar megszoktam és Remekül láttam benne, precíz és korrekt kivitelezés,könnyű és mégis masszív .Azonnal megszerettem .3./ Rendeltem ugyanakkor egy kizárólag olvasó szemüveget ugyanolyan kerettel,-tökéletesen profi kivitelezés ,éles a látás vele,- pedig csak interneten keresztül kommunikáltunk.4./ Olyan munkát kaptam,látszik,hogy gyakorlatias a kivitelező ,- újabb elismerés - piros pont,mint az iskolában .Sajnos egy olyan munkát végeztem a multifokalis szemüveggel,hogy pont a látótér sérült meg egy erős karcolástól,A lencse anyaga pedig látszik,hogy erős felületkezeléssel van ellátva,kevésbé karcolódik,/de amit el lehet rontani Szt nekem sikerült megtennem.Ezért rendeltem újat,nagyon meg vagyok a minőséggel elégedve ,a kivitelezés első osztályú,az ár- érték arány kiváló,Már számos betegemnek javasoltam ,pl Dr.Kósa Péter orvoskollégám a véleményem alapján rendelt Önöktől .Ugy tartom,hogy a tisztességes munka a legjobb reklám,és úgy látom,hogy megbízható partnert találtam.Ami közöttünk volt az egy szokásos tévedés,de csak az nem hibázik aki nem dolgozik.” Errare humánum est!”.Várom a szemüveget,és addig is javaslom betegeimnek a Lensmart termékeket …!Imre dr.Jámbrik

Lens was popped out when I received it and lensmart refuses to take responsibility for it. Ordered 4 pairs and all felt cheap and flimsy. Glasses should not fall apart simply from "bumps and jolts" as people need to be able to travel with them.

Loved the prescription glasses! The frames are so cute and stylish. My mom also loves hers and got so many compliments. Great quality!

I am very happy with LENSMART’s service. Although I did not receive my parcel because it was lost during the shipping process, their customer service was outstanding. They responded to all of my enquiries promptly and professionally, keeping me informed throughout the process. After some time and further investigation , I received a full refund without any issues.
