I recently purchased glasses from Lensmart, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of glasses. The quality is excellent. I've been wearing them for weeks now and I've had no issues with comfort and or vision. Although they took more than three weeks to arrive, which was longer than expected. I'm completely satisfied with my glasses. I highly recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for reliable and affordable glasses.

Horrible customer service, takes them forever to even respond, you might get 2 texts from them a day. If you accidentally mess up on your perception you are out of luck they will charge you $24 to fix it but if you want to return and get your refund within the 15 days you will only get the frame refunded so in my case it cost me to do the perception was $25. Waste of money do not buy from here!!!!!

Sorry for not giving you a good customer experience! We made them according to the prescription data in your order. Unfortunately, you filled in the wrong PD in the order, which made the glasses unusable. We are willing to remake the lenses for you according to your correct PD, but because the lenses are customized products and cannot be sold twice, you need to pay for the new lenses. Our return policy also clearly states this. We noticed that you have rejected our offer to remake the lenses for you and want to return the products. Our customer service has also processed the return procedures for you. We are sorry that we failed to satisfy you, and we will continue to improve our service. If you have any questions, welcome to contact our customer service and we will do our best to solve it for you! Thank you very much understanding~

I was skeptical about this company because I read bad reviews. I still haven’t received my order yet. When I get it my rating may change.

I was dubious about ordering given some of the reviews online. But went ahead and ordered a pair of prescription glasses. They took around 14 days to arrive but that was the estimate originally. I did get a bit worried when the tracking number I was given was wrong and not tracking, but got a quick email reply with the right one that said exactly where they were. Definitely going to order another pair soon.
