I ordered two pair of Laelia frames and lenses, one for distance and one for reading. The quality was great for both. The frames were so cute and the prescription was perfect. Unfortunately after about 6 months one of the hinges on the distance frames broke and was causing them to sit on my face crooked and slide down my nose. I contacted Lensmart and explained what was going on and sent them a video and pictures of the frames. They responded within 24 hours. I asked if they could send me a replacement since they broke so quickly. During our conversations regarding the matter they were very prompt in responding. After receiving the photos they agreed to send a replacement. I was so happy because I absolutely love the frames and get compliments on them everywhere I go. The customer service I received was impeccable. Thank you Lensmart for your wonderful customer service. I will not buy frames anywhere else and will only be buying them from you. If I could I would give you 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thanks again!
