Retoureadresse liegt in USA. Vorsicht! weil die Retoure wegen unbezahlbare Postkosten nach USA, absolut ungünstig ist. Rücksendkosten muss man selbst zahlen und wird nicht zurück erstattet! I ordered 2 pair of glasses, the website was easy to use, prices were clear (they always have some good deals :) ) and fair. I chose standard shipping and I received the package very quickly (even sooner than it has been indicated as estimated arrival date). Unfortunately, one of the frame was a bit big (it was my fault as I did not checked thoroughly the frame size before ordering it), but I sent a message to their customer service and they offered me the change of the frame and remaking it without any extra fee. They were very helpful, and replied quickly. I'm definitely will order again from Lensmart.
