LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

Heel snelle verzendig en goede communicatie! Ik ben zo blij met de brillen! De kwaliteit is supergoed en ze zitten superfijn! Ze zijn ook supervriendelijk!!

I am leaving a four-star review because I promised to leave a positive review, but overall I am very disappointed. My first pair of glasses did not fit, and I did not initiate the return properly. Lens smart was not going to offer me any refund, but after begging they agreed to send me a replacement pair of glasses. I promised I would leave a good review if they did. I had to pay return shipping, and an additional $13 for the difference of the price in the next pair. Unfortunately, the second pair had very strange nose pads, and it pushed my glasses up so high it looks like I am attempting to see out of my eyebrows! I was denied the option to exchange them again, so unfortunately I have spent $100 on glasses and return shipping, and I still do not have a functional pair of glasses. I would be happy to return them for a refund, but I'm told I am out of luck. I appreciate that they sent me a replacement pair, but I have still spent $100 on nothing. I have a lot of trouble finding glasses that fit as I have a very narrow face. Both Zeelool and Eyebuydirect have given me full refunds for glasses I could not use!

Fast delivery and good quality 👓

LOVE my Lensmart glasses!! They are sturdy, prescription is perfect, and they are so cute! Highly recommend ordering through Lensmart. What a seamless process with low prices!

I am a repeat customer. I was contacted by customer support about my prescription, they wanted to be sure it was correct without just assuming - which I greatly appreciated.

Very good experience. You have a lot of glasses to choose from. Lots of styles & colours. Amazing! Also fast delivery. Quality is perfect for the price you pay. Love it that I can have lots of glasses for a good price that I can match to my outfits! 🤩🤓

It’s very good glasses. I love it!

I have been buying specs from Lensmart for years now and the products are amazing quality and so reasonably priced, I am able to get 3 pairs for less than the price of one from High Street Opticians. I have to get the ultra thin lenses too! Recently I ordered specs for my Dad too, and made a mistake with my own order, sending g his prescription instead of mine. I contacted Customer Services and they were so helpful in rectifying my mistake and my specs arrived, perfect in every way. 5Stars are definitely deserved for the whole team! I will continue to shop with Lensmart as they have a great range of colours and styles at affordable prices, for someone who loves to match specs with outfits! Well done Lensmart, and thank you!
