They are great! I love their customize eyeglasses! I can just download my prescriptions and they do the rest! Good quality and good service.

My wife and I bought trifocal transition glasses about 2.5 years ago. We wanted glass but were persuaded that polycarbonate lenses were better. Within 1.5 years it became virtually impossible to see through them. Upon closer inspection the surface of the lenses were covered in microscopically closely spaced alligator cracks, rendering the glasses useless. When we went to Lensmart we were told told the glasses just “wore out”. Seriously? For $420 they were willing to replace the lenses. I understand they might have temporarily had quality control issues, but surely they could have corrected this for us. Addendum: Response by Lensmart was ingenuous. Shifted focus to "customer experience" rather than defective lenses. Told to contact "customer service" with vague promise to "do our best"; not to replace the lenses. No contact specifics for customer service. Implication that an order number long lost be produced, when clearly they have the records.

I received my glasses and the quality is poor. The quality of the nosepiece is absolutely horrible!! They don't fit on the face correctly and push your glasses way to high. I did send a email and filled out a form on their site asking for a return and a replacement of a different pair that I know fit properly. Once they received my order number, they went quiet.
