I have ordered glasses from Lensmart several times and have been very happy with every pair. This last pair I ordered was lost in transit. I contacted Lensmart and they worked to get another pair sent out immediately. I checked today, my replacement pair has made it to the US so hopefully I will receive them in the next week or so.
