I feel absolutely amazing in both the Sarah and Harmony glasses. They give me so much more confidence and make me feel more stylish and feminine. These glasses truly complete my look — like wearing a piece of jewelry. ✨ I never expected the Sarah frames to suit me this well, but they turned out to be incredibly flattering and chic. And the Harmony glasses — I just love the beautiful rhinestones! They add such an elegant touch. Both pairs have perfectly matched my prescription, and the delivery was impressively fast. Honestly, both glasses are well worth the price. I’m so happy with them!

The glasses never arrived. I was waiting for 1 month for the package to arrive (I ordered from them in early May 2025, and it is now the end of May. I will be contacting my credit card to do a chargeback and I will be contacting someone to investigate this company beause too many folks have not received their glasses and/or the glasses are not wearable beacause whomever the company is using does not know how to do prescriptions. They are ripping of as many as possible before the get shut down. I dont recommend them at all!! Steer clear don't get taken in by their constant emails and fake good reviews. I really regret my purchase at this online store. Date of experience: May 2025

I placed my first order on line on May 29,2025. I couldn’t find my receipt, I sent an email to CS who went out of their way to help me and make sure that I was comfortable with my order. I didn’t have my address correct, they verified that, also they were able to add the 10% off. Their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lensmart I will definitely recommend you to any of my friends or anyone looking for a reasonably priced pair of glasses.

Lenssmart the worse company. They made me prescription glasses which frames are wrong and made me feel dizzy.They said they can change the frame and they requested prescription which I provided.They asked me PD to check which I did on my own and it was 65cm as it wasn't on prescription .But they requested picture of me with the ruler to show PD which I sent and and they said it seems like 64cm.Thats why they made an excuse and said I have to pay for changing frames and shipping fee.What a excuse and scam to blame people.I am gonna take them to their authorities in America.General pharmaceutical council . Update: They mentioned it's wrong PD I provided which is 1cm difference.i contacted my optician and he said 1cm shouldn't give you headache or dizziness ,unless it's totally made it wrong...Anyway I am making my new glasses with optician now ,which is even it's dear but worth it,because you get what you pay for.Dont fall to this company as is cheap ,as by paying cheap you will pay twice by fixing in somewhere else properly. Update...They sent me an email and asked me to send glasses back and pay my own shipping fee so they can adjust PD and asked me to remove my review in here ...I said back I don't trust their company at all now and would like full refund and I can send their glasses back with their shipping label if they provide.They said they can't do that ....So I said back I won't remove my review then.So here we are update.As soon as they see the review on trustpilot then they want to do something and still not great solution....Anyway pity I lost my money for this company,but people aware and careful,there is so many decent companies ,use them....
