I have order a few times and have always been happy. Their costumer service is spot on. Quick responses and take care of items fast. My glasses were lost and not trackable. They were going to send out a new order. The order showed up the next day so they did not need too. Great glasses for a good Price.

The glasses I ordered are beautiful and light weight. The shipping took much longer than advertised but I’ll say that wasn’t their fault with all the shipping issues to the US right now. Communication was great and they worked hard to get the product to me.

Great price, quick delivery across the Atlantic to UK, but let down by UK delivery partner on the final leg. Evri had the parcel out for delivery over a week ago. No attempt at delivery by Evri, despite repeated contact with no credible response. Seems I have lost my money. AVOID EVRI as a delivery partner. Thank you for the conciliatory response Lensmart. Not your fault, Evri are incompetent, and thank you for trying to resolve this issue. Unfortunately Evri only respond to the sender, not the recipient chasing delivery. Thanks again for fighting my corner!
