I'm happy with my purchase, more especially the customer service. My order had issues but the support team handled it with so much grace. I did not incur additional costs when trying to get the issue rectified.

They only honor full price return on…
They only honor full price return on frames. Can’t read with the progressive lenses I ordered. Also when chatting with you they respond like every 8 hours. They don’t deserve even one star.

Trust Online Glass Purchase
Yesterday i bought 2 pair of glasses and i realized that accidentally i gave the wrong lens so i immediately send an email to the company and they did respond really fast,they were really patient and helpful.They do the best the make satisfied the customer and that is the main point.I think people should be more confident with online purchase.The other main point is the quality of the glasses the frame and the lens is really good.As a conclusion if next time i have to buy a new glass i will definately buy from Lensmart.

I had a little difficulty with my…
I had a little difficulty with my prescription, because the PD measurement was missing. But once sent, everything went well. I contacted them by email and messenger. Effective communication and monitoring. I can't wait to receive my glasses. Thank you very much and certainly see you next time.
